〇Creating an account

*If you purchase a product without creating an account, please note that you will not be able to check your order history.
*Even if you create an account after placing an order, please note that you will not be able to check your order history.
〇Registered email address
Please make sure to enter a PC address for the registered email address.
*If the registered email address is a carrier address (docomo, au, softbank, etc.) or an iCloud address, there is a possibility that emails may not be delivered depending on your device settings.
〇Regarding the shipping address
There are many errors in the shipping address. Please make sure to provide accurate information, including the name of the apartment for apartments, and the room number.
Please note that we cannot accept changes to the shipping address after the order has been confirmed.
In case of redelivery, there may be a redelivery fee. Please be aware that we will handle each case as follows.
