Refund policy

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and changes to orders (such as size mismatch, ordering errors, long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery, and other customer reasons) after the order is confirmed cannot be accepted.

Conditions for accepting returns and exchanges

  • If the ordered items are different in content or quantity
  • If the item is defective (damaged, scratched, soiled, etc.)

If the above conditions apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns after using the product may not be accepted even if there was an error in the product content.

Procedure for returns and exchanges

We will guide you on the procedure, so please contact our customer service with your order number, product name, color, size, and the condition of the product. We will bear the shipping cost for the return.

Cases where returns and exchanges cannot be accepted

  • If more than 7 days have passed since the arrival
  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, or dry cleaned
  • Items where the invoice, product tags, or labels have been removed or lost
  • Items that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession
  • If the shipping label is directly attached to the shoe box or package for return
  • Hygiene products such as underwear, masks, swimwear, socks, earrings, lucky bags, and set items
  • Items that arrived at our company more than 7 days after the return instructions were sent via email
  • If the product packaging, instructions, etc., are soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded
  • If the condition at the time of return significantly differs from the condition at the time of delivery
